Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 to feature a 8-inch panel and Qualcomm SOC

Xiaomi’s Mi Pad 4 was said to be launched in July by the company’s CEO, and now more details about the device have appeared online which says that the Mi Pad 4 will sport a large 8-inch display carrying 1080p+ resolution and it will be probably an IPS LCD panel as this an affordable tablet. Now coming towards the specs the Mi pad 4 is said to be powered by the upper mid-tiered Qualcomm Snapdragon 660; its an Octa-Core chip clocked at 2.2GHz, which is based on the Kryo cores which are also found in the Snapdragon 800 series used in flagship devices.

In the memory department, you will get a 4GB RAM and a 6GB RAM model while the internal storage could start from 64GB and could go up to 128GB as well. It is also reported that this will come with a new smart game acceleration mode which should ensure peak performance when needed without throttling the CPU and GPU and also less heat is produced while doing so. Keeping this beast alive is a humongous 6000mAh power pack, which should at least get you two days of battery life on medium usage.

ON the rear you will get a single 13-megapixel shooter, while on the front a 5 MP selfie snapper does the duty. The device will undoubtedly run on the latest MIUI 10 base on Android Oreo and will also feature AI-related abilities. The Mi pad 4 will be a media-centric affordable tablet and it’s pricing is expected to start from $299 to $399.
