Vivo X20 Plus Receives the 3C Certification, May come with an In-Screen Fingerprint Scanner
Recently a new designed Fingerprint Scanner was revealed which is very tiny but still has the capability to detect Fingerprints beyond the OLED screen and it is from the Synaptics. It was already confirmed by a couple of leaks that the first device with this futuristic technology would be from the Chinese brand Vivo. Now we are back with some new piece of information about that particular Vivo device, so let’s check out more data about it.
A new device from the house of Vivo has received 3C certification in China, and it is known as the Vivo X20 Plus. Earlier a footage was also leaked about a Vivo device in which a person was unlocking the device using In-Screen Fingerprint Scanner though we are not sure that it is the same X20 Plus or something else. The listing shows a device with the name “Vivo X20 Plus UD” and some sources suggest that UD here means the new In-Screen sensor.
If it is a device with the In-Screen sensor, then it will create the history previously nothing like this has been launched, but we can’t comment upon this yet as this “UD” can be something else related to hardware, etc. In previous rumors and leaks, it is already revealed that Vivo will become the first brand worldwide to introduce technology, for this year Samsung and Apple have tried their best, but regrettably, they failed. In case you don’t know CES 2018 is just a week away and we are looking for this device in this new event, maybe Vivo will launch it with some different name so for more updates stay tuned to us.
